This was a super helpful video. I know most people may think this is obvious stuff but I’ve never used a dishwasher in my life and the instructions don’t explain what goes where (because it’s suppose to be obvious to people who’ve used dishwashers for years).

What happens to the plastic it’s contained in? Does that dissolve completely or will you have to remove it before using another pod?

It dissolves as soon as it’s in contact with water just like washing pods. Ariel persil tide I think it is called over the states ? No need to unwrap bang it in and away it goes 👍🏻

Hey, just a quick one: I have hotpoint washing machine, put the tab inside the compartment, did one full cycle....but the tab was untouched when I opened the lid after it finished. I am confused now... is that normal or one tab can be used multiple times? It's my first washing machine for dishes so I am a noobie. Thanks alot@

You shouldnt need to open the detergent lid after the cycle, maybe you blocked it with something

I have this dishwasher, and the powerball gel tabs like this have been sticking in the detergent compartment and not dissolving completely. Happens about 1 out of every 3 times! I’m going back to the solid tabs I think it’s Finish original. Gets them just as clean but actually fits in the compartment.

Use the finish lemon powder detergent save your self loads of money pods are expensive! It works just as well as pods/tablets and costs half the price 🙂👍🏻

Hi. Hope you are doing good. I need some help. I recently both an imported finish dishwasher tablets packet. The package says that the manufacturing date is in June, 2020. I opened the box and the texture and smell seemed weird. Can you kindly let me know if the product has expired? Is it safe to use in the dishwasher? This is my first experience of finish dishwasher tablets. Thank you so much in advance!

I have got old washing powder that’s completely lost its perfume as it’s over ten years old. But it’s still cleaned the clothes just fine. Just put lenor in to make them smell nice.

Make sure nothing is blocking the dispenser from opening up and dripping the pod. I thought mine was bad but actually I blocked it by accident. Just make sure nothing is making not open properly/or at all.

@taaniel5858 it didpends on your dishwasher. Tried to make sure that there are no dishes, blocking the dishwasher detergent dispenser door

Thanks for the explanation. I previously used the solid version of these. I thought I purchased the wrong product, and you need a microscope to read the directions on the package.
