I love the dual time. Hour tracking, time elapsed, second time zones, adding and subtracting time, plus it's convenient to look at and see time quickly. Love those bezels so much. I use the half tick marks to quickly see the time as well, if it's behind the dot it's the second markee, if it's after the dot it's the third marker. So if it's between the 12 and the 1 I know before the dot is :02, and after the dot it's :03! Idk if anybody uses this method.

Very informative video Marc! I may pay more attention to timing between lightning and thunder since our home was struck by lightning back in July. We were very fortunate to not have had a fire! Half of our electrical outlets had to be replaced, but the house is still standing! Our solar power system apso had to be replaced. I am definitely paying more attention to lightning than I did in the past.

In the last two weeks, I have watched all 74 watch and learn videos you have posted. You have got me interested in watch collecting and restoring. I’m already looking forward to your next videos. I’ve checked out and saved your store, one day I hope to get to the point where I can put $300 into one of your islanders. I know watches a worth that much but I’ve never owned anything more than a $150 citizen. Which was the most expensive I’ve ever owned. I know that is a laugh to true collectors but we all have to start somewhere lol. Thank you again for very well done videos, and you keep it interesting.

Great video. One thing, you can use a 12-hour or 24-hour Bezel as a minute timer as well. It’s not ideal, but it can be done. You have to use the minute markers on the dial and compare it to the PIP on the Bezel, so you still have the ability to time up to 60 minutes.

You are also able to use a “count up” bezel as a count down, just subtract the minutes you want to be underwater, or timing a steak on the grill, and set the minute hand to that number. As time elapses, it will “count down” to how much time is left.

What about a bezel with no numerals on it like Breitling makes on the superocean Heritage II? Why would they do that? How can that you can consider that usable for an actual diver which of course never gets used that way but you know what I mean. What's the big deal with at least putting a few of the reference numbers.? I mean, is there something I am missing or are they sacrificing that 100% for Symmetry and look?
