What strainer do you use to pour after the wetshake? Hawthorne?

I am struggling SO much with this. I gave up on the Boston shaker and have been using the kind with a lid but it doesn’t screw on and when I shook it before adding ice liquid was coming out! But I shook and shook and shook and my egg white is coming out so thin and still having bubbles. I need help. Anyone 😂 anyone 😂

I use aquafaba because I have many vegan friends. 💚

No offense but salmonella are on the shell, not in the egg, and you cannot smell them. The best tip is to use store bought eggs since chicken that produce those eggs have to be vaccinated, and not use eggs directly from a local farmer for drinks, and wash the shell right before using it and if possible separate the white from the yolk not using the shell. However most eggs people can buy should be perfectly fine either way. But smelling the egg will do absolutely nothing against bacteria.

Salmonella can be inside the egg if it's in ovary of chicken when the egg is forming.
