How to use Conditional Fields in the Kadence Advanced Form Block

The Kadence Advanced Form Block now offers the ability to show fields based on the site visitor's answers to previous form fields. Called conditional fields, this new feature makes collecting form submissions specific to your customers needs and answers so much easier.
In this example, we use two possible examples of using conditional fields. First, when you ask for meal selections in an RSVP form, you might have specific dishes that could be selected. We show you how do this with radio buttons and conditional display if certain buttons are selected as true. Second, we show how using a dropdown select on a contact form might warrant asking additional questions of your site visitor.

This option isn't available for me, even having just updated Kadence Blocks. Is it a pro feature?
great feature, something K needed for a long time. Just two questions, from something that's a nag in jetformbuilder: 1) are the conditional values reset if one changes the upper level (eg: omnivore and chose beef, but then select vegan) and how does that reflect in the date being sent or stored in the DB (does the beef get recorded or just the last choice)? 2) How to concatenate the options from the form (eg: store in db or send to a spreadsheet column the "meal preference" and, on anothe column the "chosen dish")?
How do i add an autoresponder to kadence forms?
