I just got one of these for joints as a gift and I’ll be regifting it. After watching this numerous times and repeated attempts, still can’t get it. I never know how anyone can figure these out or think it’s more convenient than just rolling with your fingers.

Bought one today and spent an hour trying to roll, every time it rolled thick like a spliff even with not much tobacco in it. I'm assuming the one I bought was for splifs?

Amazing! Thank you. Don't like the sound. No problem. Turned it off and liked your video. Watched it TWICE! I am buying one.

I find it easier to moisten paper and position it behind/above the tobacco lastly, if needed hold paper in position with thumb as you pull the cover forward a bit to grab paper then close up and cigarette pops out. I prefer the metal ones that you put paper in last, without that slide adjustment bizzo, but for some reason the rollie part splits after time. I found the right gage plastic from a packet of what ever and glued over these reoccurring splits, but it just keeps cracking in new places. The one’s with the size adjustment are OK but tend to pop open occasionally tossing tobacco everywhere, and still split the material stuff after time. Not sure what causes this material to harden and crack/split. Wanting to find really thin canvas material to replace it with one day.

Sounds like a low-quality canvas or one that has deteriorated due to bad storage conditions. They are replaceable though, you can buy them for around a dollar from china

Have you guys tried it with filters, too? And could you load up more tobacco than this video? I assume if you'd place more tobacco, in a way that it gets higher in diameter at the tip of the cigarette (exceeding the filter's diameter), it would not roll properly. Therefore, am skeptical to buy one. Would appreciate some advice

My RYO box, exactly the same as shown in the video, rolls very loose cigs. The diameter of the rolled paper is larger than the filter, which leaves a gap between the paper and the filter. I don't know how to overcome this.

Put the paper flush against the back with the sticky side facing you. I find it easier to put the bottom of the paper low, like curved. And add the tobacco, so the very bottom of paper is cradling the tobacco. So when your ready to roll, by closing the lid. Hope this makes sense and helped ya.

When I use filters, I put it in after I put the paper in position. Then add the tobacco along side the filter. Hope this makes sense. If not I can try to describe it better for you.

Put the filter in before you add the tobacco. I put the filter in after I position the paper, then add tobacco.

So we saw a video with the guy pointing at the machine, flipping it over and turning around. They he pokes at the paper for a while. After that he plays with the tobacco for a while. Inexplicably he does the smell my fingers thing several times and then just when if looks like it is time to do something that somehow ends up rolling a cigarette without making it clear just what happened. My question is why are you people acting as if this made any sense?
