In Missouri you can not use the center lane when entering from a side street.

Exactly, they should just turn into the road, not enter high speed traffic from zero mph

Ya I encountered this on a 2 way highway and I was wondering if I did it correctly. I didn’t do it perfectly as I should have went into the lane sooner and I took up too much space in the spot where the yellow lines break, now I know to make a u-turn right at the start of the yellow lines breaking. Thanks 👍

I was driving in the center lane to make a left about 100 meters ahead. A car pulled put from a plaza to make a left and T-boned me while I was in the center lane. There was standstill traffic, so I guess he didn't see me but he didn't even stop when I honked the horn. Guess he was looking the other direction? Am I at fault at all?

The designers of those lanes are at fault. It is the most dangerous and the most stupid road design. Am super glad there are none where I live in New Jersey.

Don't use the center turn lane for passing slower vehicles in front of you

Most states are left turn only, and you are not allowed to merge into traffic from this lane.

Most places I've driven you're allowed to turn into it, but can't merge from it. Meaning you just can't be driving in it speeding up to match the traffic I'm order to merge. If you turn into the lane, stop, then join the lane to your right when it's clear then that's legal (at least it is in Idaho and Alaska).
