Hello. I got it from elsewhere. I just bought. If I put it next to the wifi transmitter, its battery will run out within 1 hour if its sound is constantly on. What do you think about this? It didn't seem normal to me that it was over so quickly.

Of course the battery will run out fast because its constanly detecting the wifi signal and using up the battery. Its ment to detect and find hidden divices, why do you need to put it next to a wifi transmitter when you already know the transmetter is there?

Igor Same Devise but in open area the Signal always full is it some frequency distribution?

You can turn the sensitivity down abit. When you get closer to a source only it will beep. Instead of giving false alarm with high sensitivity.

Lol. A more descriptive explanation other than hand modeling the operation manual could go something like this... You turn the sensitivity down just barely below displaying a light on the meter. When you are closer to the potential spy device and max out the led meter you turn it down more. This allows you to zero in on the potential device. The laser camera viewer is pretty on point but if you hold the button down you can control the flash speed. This comes in handy if there are outside light sources or possibly a motion detecting camera with a shutter possibly. That I would like to learn more on if you've figured that out.

@@nice2tradez56 I did. I've had this same device for a while now and because of the not so instructive instruction manual I've been learning from youtube mostly. I saw probably 5 videos before I ever learned about the flash speed. Do you know if there is any way to amplify the power on these? I am considering experimenting since they aren't expensive but would rather find out other ways.

It means that you got allot of electronics running in the room or area. Try to turn of TV, Radio, PC, Phone, Wireless CCTV, or any devices that gives off Electro Magnetic Frequncy and try again. Please subscribe to my channel so you wont miss new uploads. Thanks allot 😊

mine sometimes works sometimes doesn't , battery still got charge. Last time it was able to detect but right now it can't , i tested it with mobile phone both on standby and in use

Yes could be also because any EMF can set it off. The sensitivity can be adjusted at a lower level. But for the video demo i need to set it at a decent level to show it.

Yes you can use the EMF radiation detector to find the wireless camera or you can use the red filter to find the camera lens.

Just bought it and try out. Totally useless and in the arrangement send it back for a refund. Look closely the way this guy tried to adjust the device doesn't make any sense at all. Look how difficult was the adjustment and don't confuse by the demo look closely again many times the device simply doesn't react to the phone signal. Pay a little bit more and get a more reliable one.

All the detector works the same, its just a EMF signal receiver, like a FM radio, you need to adjust the dail to tune into the correct sensitivity to get the optimum results. low cost or more reliable one works the same. You need some getting use to the adjustment of the detector and position the detector to a suitable distance to pick up the EMF frequency. When the phone is on standby mode it won't give out any signal or very weak signal, so it makes it harder for you to pickup the signal. if the phone is ringing, downloading, sending and active usage you can pickup the signal easily. In the video i demo on a standby phone that is why its harder adjust the dail to detect the weak signals.

The radio frequency detector works fine.... Justput it on low frequency and if there's any change in the radio transmissions of the device you are trying to detect, detector will pick up by fluctuations in the sound. Tried it with my phone... When i forwarded or paused etc. A youtube video the detector picked up changes in the radio frequencies and the sound fluctuated every time there was a change

Is it possible to detect a radio signal at a specific known frequency?

This detector can't set any specific frequency. It can only set the sensitivity only.

@@nice2tradez56 Thank you for your reply. I am trying to find my temperature/humidity sensor which broadcasts at a frequency of 917 MHz. Someone has moved it from the (outside) location where I placed it. It is still broadcasting its signal so it must be somewhere in the area, but I have been unable to find it. I bought the detector in the hope of being able to detect its location, but there are too many other radio signals of various frequencies in the area.

I'm just testing the battery of my new cc308. I'm trying to figure out if it's the same as other cc308s. So if yours is near wifi, will it be over in 1 hour?

You can charge it for 4-6 hours first to get full charge before trying. Normally people dont leave it on a wifi that long. People just use it for 5-10 minits only, to check for spy devices in a hotel room

you can use this model to find it. but if the camera or bug is wired is harder to find because less EMF signals coming from the bug.

krpaya sameeksha par any veediyo sameeksha dekhen ki yah kaam karata hai ya nahin. agar aap ise khareedane ka jokhim nahin uthaana chaahate hain. aap kisee aise mitr se poochh sakate hain, jisane ise khareedane se pahale aapake lie 1 prayaas kiya ho. yadi aapake mitr ke paas 1 nahin hai, to aap apane mitr se pahale ise khareedane ke lie kah sakate hain taaki aap pareekshan kar saken ki kya aap jokhim nahin lena chaahate hain.

The detector is use for detecting wireless device that gives off radio or wifi signals. If your cam is a wired one you won't be able to detect it because there is not signal coming from it. You can use the red filter and light to find the reflection from the camera lens.

It does the job and works fine for the price. Either you don't really know how to use it yet or the price you bought is relatively high. This model is quite cheap detector. If this model doesn't match your requirements you can look up K18 model.

Already written there in the text you need to adjust to a optimum sensitivity to detect signal. Of course the finger is there to adjust the wheel while detecting. Because the phone or electronic device is in standby mode there is not much signal coming from the device so its hander to detect. You need to adjust the wheel to a higher setting to detect weak signals 5:57
