Yes you cure your base colour then blooming gel don't cure until u do your design then cure
I don't understand why people spend $ on "blooming gel", get the same effect by putting an uncured layer of base gel polish over top the first colour (in this case the white layer) then using another colour (pink in this case) on on top of the uncured base layer, it will have the same effect of spreading the colour.

No. Don't cure the blooming gel until after you have applied your design. I hope this helps.
Is the red also blooming polish or just the clear??

The clear is the blooming gel, the red is gel polish.
I have the gel bottle has been mislabeling their ingredient amounts. I don’t think I’ll be using it.
