This thing just came. But when I tried to turn it on it was difficult and when I hold the up arrow it turn on and say PLA it and when its green it turns off

Can we take out the plug when we use

Does anyone knows what the blinking red light means? Just bought 1 online and when we tried for the 1st time, while it was still heating up it reached upto 181 then the red light started blinking and the lcd shows "SOS" What do I need to do to fix it?

What if it blinks orange nonstop and you unplug it but it still doesn’t work

My old 3d pen got the fill thing stuck and I can’t use it anymore because the fill won’t come in and out how do I fix it? I got a new one but different brand and I couldn’t find any instructions and it was Chinese, it’s like a smooth pen and no temperature change, up down or anything just buttons on play and stop T-T
