This is a great transition for me to apply to my practice. In the past I would take a photo of the space then blow it up on a copier, tape it to a window and then tape over some trace to pull out the perspective lines and then render with marker and pencil. Excited to bring this to my now digital practice. Thanks!

I just want to take a moment to compliment your videos! The quality of information and production is outstanding! Definitely subscribing! As an architect in California, I also love that you are bringing newest technologies to the field. I hope there will be more and more of that in a field as it seems limited and outdated with softwares used to produce drawings. I am a big believer that procreate and morpholio bring so much benefit to schematic design phase at the very least!

would this process be more efficient comparing if you were to 3d model the as built kitchen and modify/renovate thru there?

Absolutely! 3D model serve a different purpose. You cannot idealize faster than hand drawing...if that's the goal.

Hey Bruno, not sure why KZread did not auto generate subtitle for this video like it did for my other videos. I didn't to anything different when I uploaded it, so It's a little weird, I am sorry you aren't able to see it.

Hi Henry, My wife and I are in escrow and will close on a house here in Alameda.
