Bro, Naan 2023 la 2 times travel pannen from Chennai - Mumbai (Jan) and Madurai (Apr), along with my Mom and brother.. Both times all 3 of our Visa card was accepted at Chennai Airport Lounges.. Me and my bro has HDFC visa card and my mom has Indian bank Visa card.. But this 2024 Jan la again Hyderabad travel pannom all 3.. Appo my mom and bro oda cards mattum accept agirchi but enoda Card mattum decline agirchi.. What would be the reason??? What are the limits for HDFC visa card? Can a card automatically lose loungue access?? Infact my brother travelled after that again in Oct to Jaipur (Office trip) and successfully used lounge service.. Pls explain..

Check with hdfc customer care , however you may used lounge access limit per year. Or you did not use your credit card in certain amount transaction to access airport lounge. Some bank fixed transaction for last three month will be 40000 example . Any way you will get correct picture once you call customer care.
