Sorry to hear that. you need to swipe up 2 times to have it start. 1 swipe up is TURN ON. 2 swipe up is VIBRATING working

Hi Ben. I'm just a new subscriber here and was learning a lot from your demo video. I have a question. I'm 50 y/o and just bought galvanic and lumi spa. Do I still need to use ageloc boost? Will this help with age spot or uneven skin tone as well? What kind of beauty regimen should I follow for anti aging because Nu skin has a lot of products and I get confuse on what to use. Question! My skin can't take Vit C I get break outs after using a Vit C serum. I see that Boost Activating serum has Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate, which is a derivative of Vit C. So, I can't use it? Hope to hear from u soon!

Yes there is Vitamin C on in the serum. Vitamin C is a good anti oxidant to our skin. If you skin is reacting to it I believe is cause your epidermis is damaged. add me on IG @benyim33 so I can further help your with your problem

Hey Thanks for your support on the channel after using lumi spa getting initial break out for some people is normal lumi spa pulls out the dirt and oil stuck in the pores it should only happen for 1-2 weeks make sure you keep your skin hydrated with cream after lumi spa add me on me IG @benyim33 for more instant support

where are you break out happening? if boost is causing break out i would stop using for a week, focus on doing cleaning and some cleaning mask first boost that cause break out due to there are small dead skin cell in the pores

boost is daily machine that helps you look brighter and more energized. Spa is more like a weekly mask that can be done 2-3 times a week. Also the spa have other functions for the eyes and body.

no it is not suggested. as the machine have a sensor for the serum if it doesn't detects it it will not turn on

i hear you concerns. i believe you are expose to more microplastics in your diet than in this skincare dear. I would first even look at your local water with microplastics. Skincare expose to microplastics is there but not as harmful than the one you are ingesting =)

So it sounds like you triggered the safety function of the machine. Make sure the serum is touching the blue circle on the surface of the boost machine. Hope this will help solve your issue.

should be 2 times a day. but start off with 1 times a day first. let your skin get use to having micro current on it then slowly add 2 times a day. Make sure you use enough serum. most beginners have issue with skin being too dry. so make sure at least 3 pump for half the face. some might need up to 4-5 pump per half face

Any time. You only need to use it once per day. If you want to go out and put on make up it is a very good primer step. If you stay home all day use it at night after cleanse and tone. After using boost your skin will increase absorption. So it will soak in all your amazing serum you put on.

yes it only vibrates when it is on. you must have serum on the machine head touching the blue circle for it to stay active. If the machine can't detect serum on the blue circle it will turn off automatically.

How long does the device need to charge?
