Hi Mam, I have been suffering with right upper abdominal pain from last 2 years. Last year I had a gallbladder removal sugary and doctors told it’s because of stones. But after few months the pain started again and I am suffer a lot with the pain. I had ultrasound as well and nothing is visible. When I m using pain killer the pain is reducing down. From last 2 months I have been observing that I am getting this pain before the periods pain and last for 10-15 days. Initially days it’s very very painful. I'll share my story of menstrual cup , Asalu e cup gurinchi nenu First astrix channel lo 3 years back choosa menstrual cup video, I wanted to start using menstrual cup but from 2020 I didn't get chance to use it bcoz I'm 2 times pregnant didn't get period from 2020 oct to 2023 Feb , in between 2 normal deliveries happened. After I got my 1st period after 11 months of 2nd delivery, now I'll get periods regularly so I can start use of menstrual cup, Now I tell you what motivated me to start using menstrual cup , I get rashes when I use pads , night times yentha pedda pad pettukunna leak avtundi , aa dresses ki stains, inka pad ki unna blood pogotti pad paina soap water vesi padeyyali , I feel lot of water and time wasting becuz of this process, I feel little guilty everytime when using pads, it is not eco friendly and cause damage to mother Earth, so I switched to menstrual cup. Budget friendly lo kavali bcoz if it flops also I shouldn't feel regret if wasting money,then I watched voice of vasapitta menstrual cup video , bought carmesi L size menstrual cup from Amazon , I got it after completing my period, so I'm much awaited to use for my next period, after 40+ days I got period again, I did a trail of insertion and removal of it in normal days, so it'll b easy for me to use in period days , trust me the method I followed I'll share about it. First put the right leg on the stool or some any height , I used push back method , be free while insertion muscles get loose if you are free, it'll be easy then, u can use 2 hands, in trail and error method , u'll get succeed in 2 or 3 attempts becuz it is ur 1st time use, let the stem stay outside , it doesn't hurt u. Now I tell you my feeling of my 1st time use, it is so comfortable, u don't even feel that u are on period, just empty cup every 8 hours in heavy flow days, u can empty once a day in light flow days. I started CARMESI Menstrual cup M size... 1st time it was uncomfortable... Till now im using(1 1/2 year) i feel very comfort... Pads or cloth tho unde weatness kuda undadhu... I use cup and feel comfortable. I use non water based lubricant to insert with ease. Brand is saalt.. disk style as i have uterus prolapse. Otherwise cup style should be perfect for rest of all
