That mower don't work in all places, but is nice in an area which is open. You don't want to use it around a home where space is tight like around trees, and where you can't get the mower between some trees, or buildings. In that case, you need a mower like a Zero Turn to give you a clean cut in those tight areas, and in open areas as well.

What's the difference between a Finishing mower an grooming mower?

No difference, two different names for the same implement.

She'll need a string trimmer to cut around those fence posts you put in, in the other video...:)

Love how JD has to give a different name to a common tool - grooming instead of finish mower, rock shaft lever, and they cannot even make a variable speed transmission without changing the name. Another reason I will never own another green monster. Mine came from factory with a mistimed injector but JD insisted it was my fault using bad fuel and charged me to rebuild the injector pump. When that didn't work, they broke the tractor down and discovered the timing off. They didn't offer to refund the rebuild nor admit it was a factory issue. Great. I never had a year it didn't cost me $400+ in repairs, not from year one. It had 800 hours when I sold it, and I spent $1100 just to get it up in shape to sell. I bought a Koiti and have spent less than $1000 in repairs in 10 yr+.
