Ya know, I hardly noticed it….until you turned it up. Keep it super quiet, for my personal liking. I would prefer a nature based music. Hip hop and rap ( not saying the music was either) does not belong in the great outdoors. Just answering your call for feedback. The ending music is really not for me. Thanks very much for asking our opinion. Keep on enjoying nature, brother.

Music was a great choice. However, I felt compelled to skip the first 2 minutes of the video.

Thanks for the information. I amusingly could just imagine a bunch of fish gleefully swimming around the boat trolling you why you are intently looking at the fish finder. It appealed to my twisted view of the universe.

Mine only has a green box around it during the quickdraw map? I set record and it wont make a map, just a green box around my image

I found the lake(s) on Google maps, but not sure where you'd launch the boat. Have a kayak, and I am on the hunt for a great fishing spot to take my boys to. Where do you launch from?

The CV is awesome, but the resolution is a step down from striker 4.

It's darker bass bc of the territory it's in for hiding and camouflage

When you read the screen it moves from right to left is that front to back? So what I'm asking is With the transducer in the water you're moving forward. The screen moves from side to side is the screen showing you from front to back?

The transducer shows the bottom as you pass it. The default setting is most recent bottom shows on left side while what you’ve passed for awhile on the right.

Im trying to get into fishing so pardon me if this is a dumb question. Why are you tossing them back? Are dark fish bad? Im still learning so appreciate the feedback

Bass are a sport fish too so it always good to toss them back to further upkeep a healthy population! Helps ensure that kids or grandkids can be fishing with you someday.

I enjoyed your video and found it informative however, the video instructions on how to use the Garmin moved a little too fast for me to grasp the understanding and how to use the striker 4. It would have been helpful if the video explanations were a little slower and took a little more time so that I understood them a little better. I had to play that portion of the video several times to understand and still don't fully understand what's going on when you switch from traditional traditional Clearview and how you split the screen so you can see down Imaging and horizontal Imaging at the same time. I would very much enjoy seeing a video that move through these instructions a little bit slower for me to understand. I'm an old man and my mind doesn't work like it used to. Thank you again for your video

I bought the stryker 4 and have taken it on the water 3 times and still can't figure out how to get it out of demo mode, very frustrating. Please help me understand how to do that. Thank you

2 years and no response. I figured out, that you have to go in the menu and turn off demo mode. Can't believe out of hundreds of peoples videos that this was never mentioned. I hope this statement will help people like myself that have never owned a fish finder. I almost sold it over this. We good now.

What do you mean?

If the fish finder shows fish under the boat why do you (and other videos) cast away and not jig under the boat? Just curious.

The pendulum effect. If you cast away, your lure will fall towards the area below your boat anyways. Plus it’s a safe guess to make that if there’s fish directly under your boat, there’s a high chance of them being off to the sides as well

Not sure what you mean, but most things can be changed by going to the menu while you’re on the sonar screen that you want,or creating a combo screen on the main screen.

where is the sounding probe

I still do not know what a FISH looks like Garmin fishfinder. Not exactly a beginners video IMO.

This basically confirmed my fear that having one of these will increase my anxiety over whether I am setting up this thing correctly and know what the hell I am looking at. Hard pass.

Well seeing that it’s a 4-5 step process, maybe, that’s surprising😂these things aren’t hard whatsoever once you see someone do it quickly. That’s why this video exists. I solve the problem you’re worrying about in 2-3 minutes lol.

Fish ID is for people like you who don't know what they are looking at and will mark the arches as potential fish, the gain , range etc, adjusts the size of the sonar, each transducer will be slightly different so what I do is toss a hard baint in the water and let it sink and watch it in the fish finder sinking to see the size of the cone for myself then you can adjust as needed but most people just leave it on the widest cone if they don't know what they are looking at.

Background Music. IMO the less KZreadrs copy traditional media the better. Long intros, background music, obvious ads or commercials are the whole reason TV is dying. Stop copying what is failing. Direct consce, real , videos, whether a tutorial or a 'I catch big Cobia" vids. Steer away from Standard commercial media. I always look to see what people are using, casting,, baits, how they a re rigged... I always skip obvious Buy this egg timer commercials... IF we like you we will copy you.
