You should check that the canvas material is pulled inside as you are dropping the roof in stages, at the front making sure it is folding correctly and pulled inwards and pulled inwards on either side also. You will damage the canvas by not doing so. It is too late to check it after the pop top is down, the damage may have already been done by the hinges etc cutting the material as it closes.

Should close it with sliding door open, let’s air out and stops canvas bellowing outside of roof

Hard to believe in this day and age we are still holding roofs shut with a couple of tie down straps! Surely locking clasps are a better method

I would be really keen to know where I can get the nylon straps for pulling down also

So what's the maximum speed you can drive with a pop top again?

Where can we buy the handles from that you pull down the roof with

Wouldn’t it make more sense if the ‘hinge’ of the pop top was at the front of the vehicle rather than the rear 🤷🏼‍♂️

Has anyone experienced the straps becoming loose despite your making sure they are tight. Not a huge amount but enough to make this paranoid campervanner worry

So I came on here to see how you use it. How do you hop up on the bed safely. Most important but not shown. Waste of time
