👉During labor, staying upright aids the baby's descent into the birth canal, thanks to gravity's assistance. The birth ball offers a more comfortable alternative to a chair, allowing you to sit upright. The shape provides gentle pressure during labor and adapts to your comfort.

    I am so sorry but I could have stood on my head and done upside down jumping jacks and nothing would have relieved my labor pain! The ONLY thing that made me feel any better was pain relief. After 12 hours of labor, I told my husband “you better get the anesthesiologist in here because I cannot possibly have even one more contraction or I will die” I had three more before he got there and I am shocked I made it tbh
