How can you make the arms & the sleeves bigger

You make it look so easy. In my experience, this would have to be done with a serger. Sewing a sweater with a Regular Sewing Machine, there would be too much stretching and small stitches involved. My sewing machine is older so maybe the newer ones would be able to handle this.

I was thinking the same thing. Maybe use a temporary stabilizer to keep the sweater stable while adding the trim?

Excellent idea, although seeing the extra threading and stitches around the neck area pocking out, with such thickness, it makes me feel itchy. 😊 It is a good idea to try out, nevertheless. Thank you.
