Have you uploaded your first podcast episode to Buzzsprout?

I just did!! I published it so that way Apple could see it and now it’s up on each platform. I want to change the “publish” date to a different date, will it take it off of the platforms now that I changed the date??

i have actually, and its great but im using the free plan, it says in 90 days it will be deleted, so if i put my podcast on spotify, and my episode gets deleted, would the same episode on spotify also be deleted?

When we say tags, does that mean keywords for SEO purposes? I hope I can get a reply. God bless and keep safe.

Dear Krystal, Thanks a lot for your great video. Just got one minor question. You don't mention anything about "Directories" in Buzzsprout in the process of publishing a podcast. Are we supposed to click one by one "get listed" for Apple, Spotify, etc...? or is it done automatically? I'm confused because on the "Podcast Info" section it says it will be done in 24 hrs... Any hint? Thanks & all the best from Luxembourg, Rick

Great question, Rick! Yes, you’ll publish your show on each directory you want it to be listed. Here’s a great video to watch for those specific steps from my friends over at @Buzzsprout: kzread.info/dash/bejne/jJaIprysh5utfqg.html

Hey.. I have a new buzzsprout account and my latest episode aren't aren't online anywhere, but buzz says there live.. what am I missing? Thx

In the "tags" box, what are we supposed to enter? Hashtags?

The tags aren't used as much as they once were. I usually put keywords related to my podcast, but if you wanted to use words that would otherwise be hashtags related to your show you can!

Can you upload .wav files that are close to three gigs?

Hello how are you doing I was calling or should I say I’m writing lol because for one I love all of your episodes because you explain everything in detail but I do want to ask a question because I’m starting a podcast with me and my wife using our iPhones and iPads As camera sources for video and I have to sign up for buzzsprout as my hosting site and I want to use premiere pro I guess for my audio and my question is how do I connect my audio and video with buzzsprout To of course be posted on KZread and all the platforms deb buzzsprout offers like Spotify iTunes etc.

Great question. Once you upload your audio file to Buzzsprout, it goes into a "pending" status until you schedule or publish an episode.
