Love watching you make your masterpieces!! So satisfying to see the beginning to end process. I Wish you would wear a Mask for when you are spraying the adhesive though. All those years of inhaling that residual glue are bound to have a negative impact on your health and well being. Peace and Good Fortune and Good Health to you and yours.

I have a headboard with 16 squares and 8 pulls not buttons if I remove the pulls from the back what is the chance of having the fabric flat or strait? wow..... I'm actually surprised. That is a very generically manufactured (OEM design, not the reupholstery, I'm commenting on the original retailer/manufacturer). Certainly, the frame is beefy as hell and its got some densely spaced springs. The turned legs appear to be standard threaded insert or T-nut screw in. By comparison, I once had to reupholster a Ralph Lauren camelback English roll arm. Super high price, where its easy to spend $10,000 for 8 footer in fabric, but it actually delivered "unique" or "exotic" construction techniques that you rarely see. For example, all the usual stuff for a high end US/UK design..... Down/feather seat envelopes, pocket coil + foam inserts, 8 way hand tied suspension with soft edge, heavy duty framing, etc. In addition the integrated camel tightback was more than just foam over springs. It was webbing + pocket coil springs + 3" foam sheet + down channeling within the tightback.
