easier if you do the lower bolt first, then you can raise atv frame with one hand and slip the top one in easily with the other hand

Get the 340mm shock of that same brand.. rated for a higher weight plus more travel. Installed one on my BMS 150 sport and it floats over bumps

Yes, we just put a simple bunjee cor around the battery, not the best fix but it works much better to stop vibration of the battery. I may need to think of a more permanent fix

Hey bud my 5 year old son has the same ATV it's not a terrible ATV for the price at top end full speed she moves she starts up everytime and idles no problem I love the suspension upgrade and spacers on the rear you installed and we are gonna steal your idea and do the same I can tell it makes a world of difference just seeing it ride in your video the only issue or complaint i have is the low end at a dead stop she would get stuck on a pebble did you have the same issue if so did the carb and sprockets upgrade fix the issue.

Sprockets made a world of difference low end...3 or 4 times the snap with the throttle when we got them changed. Changing the chain is also highly recommended as the chinese one is flimsy at best.. you can buy both sprockets and the chain for $75 total. It will take some top speed away, but it really isnt about top speed at this point in his riding abilities lol. Glad you like the videos!!

You'll need the master cylinder and handle/lever, lines, spindles, and all brake hardware + accessories...there are some go carts that have the parts you need, maybe you can find a parts one to scavenge off of...otherwise it's a pricey upgrade...

Thanks! Actually the wheel spacers seem to have increased the turning angle 🤷‍♂️ ...they are only on the back. That's probably the first thing I'd even buy, massive increase of stability when installed. Kinda crucial for any kid

Measure the shock from bolt hole to bolt hole...convert that using a calculator, from inches to MM, then search for the amount in MM on ebay or Amazon. They in "320mm shocks" or whatever the number of MM you have is...you should see tons of options.

The sprockets will change your acceleration down some, but make top speed higher. Doing smaller sprockets will make the acceleration better but cost you top speed. The other parts make it ride better, as that's the main problem with them.
