Can somebody help me I’m trying to sign into my Microsoft account but I need to know my password in order to do so so when I click forgot password it tries to send a code to my old phone number so I could change my password but Microsoft is sending the code to my old phone number so I’m trying the change where they send that code but I have to log into my Microsoft account to change where they send the code and to do that I need to know my old password or my current password which I do not know so now I am stuck in a loophole.

What happends if u change ur security info to a different email with a xbox account on it?

You will still keep your actual email but it will just send a verification code to the alternative email

I gave my friend my account on his xbox without a security code and now 5 mounts later he is going all around and is messing stuff up, how do I ADD a code.
