can i update windows 8 to 8.1 with limited internet connection ?because i can not update it and i don't know why maybe cuz my internet is limited so answer me plz and thnx alot
I updated my laptop a few days ago and I couldn't adjust my screen resolution, so I was stuck with a crappy one. I re installed windows 8 clean and updated to 8.1 again and it was ok until I installed chrome. Resolution went bad again and can't find a fix for it :(

the store was officially closed by Microsoft in around 2016 so same prob. for me
