I really wish Caddx would get their shit together with their instructions. Their update instructions specifically say that after you hold down the button and the green led turns off, the red led will start flashing red as it is updating. It's seems like half the people who do their update have solid red, and the others have it flashing. Then some say it needs to be named differently, some don't. Either way, I appreciate the walkthrough, and also the discount on my goggles X and avatar units. Crazy, crazy discounts. Thank you

I had to look up a video to make sure that it's supposed to be solid red instead of a blinking red light. It's been a while since I updated my quad, but I remembered that the last time I did it, the instructions didn't match what the light actually did during the update. It's infuriating.

If you missed a few versions do you have to do each one before the latest?

Hi, mine wont Update. I pur the correct Firmware on the vtx and Press the bind Button fir about 10 Seconds but nothing happend. The grenn Led ist still blinking and the Update will Not Work. 😮

I always wondered how updating this was like and now i know. Im still on dji v1 goggles

i just updated power update on my goggles x and only getting 500mw max on my 1s vtx is that normal it said on update that i can get 1000mw to 1200mw

Not sure about goggles x but the unlock works with the v1

What would cause the light to stay red and note go to green?

I've only ever had it do that when I didn't paste the right firmware into the vtx storage
