Shouldn't take too long, probably about 5-10 minutes tops. BIOS update can improve performance and help with hardware issues.

Hi,My System is MSI GT72 6RD .My problem is my system screen going back screen automatically. Similar what you said MSI logo will come then its going black again .Then i need to restart and reinstall windows ,like wise i need to do 2 time in single day. If i update my Bios ,can i solve this problem?

I can't say for sure but there is no harm in updating the BIOS anyways... Give it a shot and if it doesn't work then atleast you know that its not the BIOS causing the issue.
