Use baby powder and massage the knot.

I used two forks. And it work. To get my necklace. Untangled. This necklace means the world to me. Thank u and have a blessed day

Ok so thank you for giving me the idea to place something sharp and pin-like into the whole of the knot. I didn’t have the tool you had. But I was able to untie a small and tight knot by using two staples that I straightened.😅

Ngl it was pretty hard to do first I couldn’t get the safety pin in the hole then I couldn’t undo the knot with the pin in it but I eventually got it undone Thankyou so much this was a $260 necklace and the know has been stuck since last Christmas ahh such a relief
