One of the hardest steps is to accept that it's over. It's so easy to hang on to that hope and deny reality.

Physical and emotional Distance works well for me because eventually love fades

This is why I don't build feelings for someone unless we have a reason to be in a relationship no matter how attractive or close to me they are, I just see them as a any other person, also I avoid too much contact and being too close to my female counterparts, being rare and mysterious is the best way to subconsciously make people attracted to you, engage when they least expect.

This resonate to me a lot, catching feelings for someone who doesn't love u back.Its drained you mentally and emotionally.Reserve your love and feelings for someone who feels the same way as you do.

Love is love and if its true love then why would one want to unlove someone? Having more people to love in one's life actually enriches one's life. Infatuation though is another thing as most people confuse infatuation as love. This has to be one of the false info being spread around the world now all in the name of content creation.
