If your phone screen shows 'Connect to iTunes', you have to factory reset your device and unlock it. Use the unlocking methods in the video.

To unlock your iPhone, the only way is to factory reset your device. So all data will be deleted, but you don't have to worry about this if you have a backup in place. You could restore that backup after resetting to get any data back to your device.
