I've just done this with my D9, calculating it by moving moon into the ASC. And I have to say, it looks a lot more... fruitful! Jupiter moved into the 1st, Rahu in the 6th, Venus into the 7th... But is it real?

I believe D60 is a very sensitive chart with regards to birth time and even a 1 min variance can change the D60 lagna and totally shift the Direction of interpretation. I believe, people who were born in hospitals and have access to the birth card issued from a hospital (with time of birth) should try exploring D60.

I have read D60 has different deities and yonis from different lokas like yaksha, gandharv are alloted to each division zodiac sign tells where the native would be like Godly and where mediocre or which karma which tendency will the native will be able to give up by debiting the account of karma. Is that D108 asc tells about gender like even sign for female and odd for male?

May be only in India people know the exact time of birth , but the other world knows only nakshatra at least . So using of d60 is impossible .Or we can use only Amsha rulers of slow planets .

How about rectifying the ascendant of D 60 by using the Ketu placement in D 60. The placement of the lord of the sign, where Ketu sits in D 60, to be more precise. It has to make an aspect by sign to the ascendant of D 60. Fixed signs aspect cardinal and vice versa, with the exception of adjacent houses. Dual signs aspect other dual signs with no exception. This is a technique by Pandit Sanjay Rath. What do you think?

Hi, I think I know where you may have heard this from 😇 Incidentally, with my birth time apparently being 15:02, my ascendant in D1 is Leo, in D60 it's Taurus, Ketu is also in Taurus and Venus is in Gemini in the D60. According to your method, that would mean my birth time was not precise as ascendant Taurus and Venus in Gemini do not aspect. Maybe the nurse waited till I stopped crying to write down time of birth! But going back exactly 5mins, making my birth time 14:57, my D60 ascendant becomes Pisces, aspecting Ketu in Taurus' lord Venus in Gemini. Would this be my correct time then? 14:57

@@keepgoing7533 rectify only the ascendant of D60. The way you have done it, moving it from Taurus to Pisces is OK. Because the ascendant of D60 moves every 2 minutes, changes signs. But do not touch anything in your D1 or change your birth time. This method is only for rectifying the ascendant of D60, and it is not applicable anywhere else. It has its own flaws. Ascendant of D1 changes every 2 hours so unless you have ascendant at 29, 30, 1, 2 degrees of a sign, you don't need rectification. It is a very complicated and time consuming process, not as simple as this one. Many astrologers don't even want to do it, it is so difficult.

Hey, do you still add 1 if there is no remainder? Ex: if the degrees are 24° 20' Then it would equate to: 48° 40' 48/12 = 4 Do you still add 1 at this step?

If there's no remainder, the ascendant, or planet stays in the same sign. The remainder is 0, add 1 to 0, you get 1. Same sign.

I couldnt understand the explanation.. 😭 how come 31/12 = 24?? My asc scorpio degree: 05.53 x 2 = 11.06 Now how should I calculate?

your d60 rising should be libra and clearing about that doubt is 12*2 = 24 so 31-24 = 7 and then 7+1 = 8 , i hope u got cleared ur doubt , according to video my moon is exalted in Taurus and making as ascendant then my BB sign lord Jupiter is in own sign in Pisces in 11th house!

I have Scorpio lagna in D1 at this degree = 28.38. (28 Deg and 38 min) Multiply both deg and min individually by 2. 28x2=56 deg 38x2=76 min 1 deg= 60 min. 76 min= 1 deg 16 min = 1.16. So. 56 deg + 1.16 = 57.16 Dividing only degree with 12. 12/57/4 48 09= remainder Add +1 to remainder = 10. 10 places from scorpio is Leo So my D60 is leo lagna means 10th house.

Dear Dhanur. 60 minutes makes one degree and not 100 minutes. Hence when we get 31.88, then out of the 0.88 minutes, we convert 0.60 of them into one degree and add to the 30. Thus we get 31.28 (after converting 0.60 out of 0.88minutes into one degree, we are left with 0.28 minutes. You need to pay more attention dear. Tried to make it as easy as possible.

@@astroassurance OMG you responded me. Thank you. I did this prabhu I took the rashi lagna X2 then % by 12 and the result added 1 and gave 5.3 so i counted 5 from taurus lagna and gave virgo. Software shows that but for first 14 seconds of the minute. Then changes to libra. But this virgo in high degree makes much more sense in the persons other charts. You are very very much welcomed.
