Dude you’re a lifesaver ! Saved me $300 for a plumber I honestly thought it wasn’t going to work . After waiting 10 minutes , flushed , was still clogged . Added a bit more soap , jabbed the cleaner up and down many times for about 30 seconds and boom it flushed !

An absolute LIFE SAVER. I live in an apartment complex and the amount of times I’ve had to call the maintance guy to unclog my toilet just for it always clog the next time I 💩. I’ve tried numerous ways of using a plunger, different yt videos, adding extra water, eating more fiber ect. But really the pluming system of the toilet is very sensitive and not very strong. But let me tell you the dish soap and hot water really DID IT. I was on like my 10th breakdown of the toilet not flushing and having to tell my mom. But adding baking powder, dish soap, the hot water, let that sit for 20 mins then used the plunger gently. Boom it flushed like nothing was wrong. No smell too and no overnight clean up! THANK YOU SO MUCH🙌🏾

If it happens often you probably have a solid obstruction like a toothbrush. Call maintenance and make them unclog from the bottom up.

This just worked like magic! Used probably half of the bottle of the dishwashing let it sit for 20mins, fill the toilet with water then used the toilet brush to push as if im plungering it. Thank you so much from the Philippines!

You probably have something hard partially blocking the toilet exit. Tooth brushes are most common and very hard to remove.

Appreciate this so much... Saved me at least plumber's fees ..I poured in overdose of Liquid Soap and very Hot water as I understood the trick... Thanks overdose 🎉😊

Bruh thank you! I live in a rental and it took 2 days for them just to get around to seeing my email not do anything but to see it! Now I did need my plunger as my drain was much more longer but it didn’t need much of a suction but just the water moving back and fourth! Legit you are a lifesaver!

Hello I was initially advised to try Bicarb with vinegar, but it had no effect. I then tried the dishwashing liquid and tap hot water, pouring it in and waiting 20 minutes. Nothing happened so I poured the second bucket of water and used the 🪠 (plunger). It cleared right up, thank you. It's been a tough week.

Both. It's Palmolive liquid detergent. Any detergent works. All detergents are soaps, but not all soaps are detergents.

If the bowl is about to overflow after flushing, you can stop the fill water immediately by pushing down the flapper in the tank.

Try to do it the same way. The detergent will help dissolve the clogs and you can clean the brush in the bowl afterwards.

I have been trying to unclogged our toilet since 12 am to 4 am.😅 I tried baking soda and vinegar 3 times and didn't work then I looked up for videos on KZread and happened to found yours and it works as you instucted.Thanks for saving me from getting scolded by my father and I can finally sleep

OMG thank you for this vid. I ordered a new plunger, but I didn’t know what time was going to get here today. I went back and checked the toilet after an hour, and it was completely empty and looked like it had been flushed.
