Hello followed your instruction but when i pressed blocked The person i blocked and want to unblock not in the list When i press add i see the name but when i press it just shows that this person is blocked Thank you

I've been having the same problem for a couple years. All the people on my messenger block list can't be unblocked. When I click on it it just goes grey and doesn't let me do anything after that just goes right back to their name no option to unblock or do anything past that. And Facebook has no way of contacting them pathetically in 2023. What the heck is going on?! Why can't it be fixed?!

I followed your steps but it won't allow me to select the person I want to unblock. Reading about the problem, it says it might be because I blocked them on Facebook but no, we ARE facebook friends and I can see their profile.

Select the restrited accounts, and unrestrict them
