This seems to require a data connection. Which is fine if you have one. But what about direct device to device communicate. Phone to phone with no cell or data assistance.

It’s voip so cell data dependent. It’s like a Zillow app masked to mimic cb.
Can you communicate with an actual 2 way radio ir is it phone to phone only?

Hello MrDee Dee! Thanks for commenting. I don’t know that answer for sure, but I’m going take a strong educated guess that it’s not 💯 private. It is two-way between the two parties, but it’s not encrypted.

Typically communication is between two parties. However, there is an option to create groups.
Can the app cross communicate with android to IOS etc?

Yes it can. It is app agnostic.
