I can't even imagine having a waist and hips small enough to be able to fit an elastic headband round my waist 😅 but it's definitely also doable with a skinny belt for us larger folks. Decent video. 😁

For those of us who can’t use a headband cause we’re not skinny enough, you can go to a craft store and buy elastic and cut it to the size you need and then just tie it :)
