Hi there, glad that you like the video! You can exchange ticket at Tazaemonbashi Pier. Take Osaka Metro to Namba station and leave the train station via exit 14, cross the Dotonbori Bridge, then turn right to Souemoncho Street and walk towards the Ebisu Tower Ferris Wheel, the pier is next to the wheel. So you can search Ebisu Tower Ferris Wheel in Google Map and you should be able to locate it. You can also find the route on their official website: www.ipponmatsu.co.jp/map/?id=anker03 Hope this is helpful! ☺

hi, thanks for your video. Can we seat anywhere on hankyu and hanshin trains with the osaka amazing pass? I can't quite find information regarding seat reservations on both their websites...

Hi Pat, the trains on the Hanshin and Hankyu lines have open seating, so you can sit wherever you like without needing to reserve a seat. It's just like hopping on and off the subway!☺

Can you use the osaka amazing pass going to the city center frim kansai airport?

Unfortunately, the Osaka Amazing Pass does not include train rides from Kansai International Airport to downtown Osaka. Also, we do not recommend using the Osaka Amazing Pass on your arrival or departure day, unless your flight arrives super early in the morning or departs late at night.

Hi does the card activate upon buying the getting the ticket from the facility?

You just simply show your Osaka Amazing Pass to the ticket counters of the available facilities, the staff would give you discount or let you enter for free depends on the conditions listed on the Osaka Amazing Pass website. But some of the cruises may require booking via phone in advance, so check out their website for details before going! Hope this is helpful! 😊

Hi Geo, thanks for watching our video! If you have purchased the magnetic pass, you have to use it by 30 Jun 2024. Because starting from 17 Jun 2024, they will change all pass to digital. Better check their website before buying, as we mentioned in the video, their terms and conditions are always changing!😊
