It's true even tourists of the whole Region used to stay here in San Fernando La Union beacause it's more hotels,resorts,villas or even rooms to rent..

San Fernando City, La Union is the main Capital City of La Union and the Regional Center of Whole Ilocos Region or Region 1 under the Provinces of Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union and Pangasinan. It is also recently included as one of the safest cities in the Philippines (rank 7) via known International Travel Blog and Top 8 Best Beach towns for retirement in the Philippines. 🌇🌊🌅

Sana magkaroon ng water distribution system and lungsod ng di umaasa sa balon na karaniwang tuyot pagdating ng summer months😢

Mainly the issue is from Prime Water that privately owned by Villar. Prime Water is a nationwide water service distributor. Not only in La Union but through the years they enlisted a lot of issues nationwide specially at the capital cities of the Philippines. Before the prime water came in La Union specially in San Fernando City before 90s and early 2000s, there was no water interruption back then. It was called "Nawasa" owned and monitered by the LGU. As the population of La Union grows and the environment becomes further affected by climate change, access to fresh drinking water dwindles. I hope the issue for the water scarcity of the city will resolve asap.
