How to Travel Alberta, Canada in 4 DAYS IN 2022 | Edmonton and Jasper National Park

If you are a foodie, city-slicker, or national parks lover, Alberta, Canada has it ALL for you! Without a doubt, planning an Alberta road trip is the best way to see this province of Canada. In this video, my brother Wil and I create a perfect 4-day itinerary exploring Edmonton, the capital of Alberta, and then head to Jasper National Park. “But what about Calgary and Banff?!” you might ask? As a partner of Travel Alberta, we asked them to help guide us to the “lesser known”, less busy, and more laid back spots in Alberta. Come with us on this 4 day adventure learning how to ice climb in the heart of Edmonton, exploring and hiking the Canadian Rockies, and tasting some of the most delicious food we’ve had on our travels thus far!Even if you only have a few days, you can still see some of the very best of this less touristy region of Alberta.

I grew up in Edmonton Although I haven't been home since 2017, I can still remember the landmarks from your vlog. The icewall is located near the William Hawrelak park near the University of Alberta, and the Pyramid gardens aka Muttart conservatory. I hope you have more vlogs coming about your trip to Alberta. Pretty excited to see Wil's version as well. Cheers.

I was born/raised/currently living in Edmonton (downtown precise) and yes! is pretty underrated…Edmonton does have a lotto do in its core, more that meets the eye, we have football, soccer, HOCKEY! 😂 (had to throw that in there) but as a local, don’t let the cold fool you, our weather is bipolar lol, our summer’s get pretty mild and HOT. Anyway! next Time when you visit check out West Edmonton Mall and the river valley which is a beautiful hike!!:) Haley, I’m glad you enjoyed the adventure! And Jasper is a lovely place and there so much to do like camping (Summer is best because it’s scenery, hot springs and nice weather) I really enjoyed your video! Keep up the great content and thanks so much for travelling here!! 🤟🤟❤️

up in my neck of the woods! (well I'm from Grande Prairie, so a bit further north.) but you definitely have to come back to Alberta in the summer. other great attractions in the Jasper area are the Miette Hotsprings (hopefully soon to be re-opened). and the nearby hiking trail Sulphur Skyline. an 8K round trip hike, with some great views at the top, and a soak in hotsprings after to relax. And another great place for food is the Jasper Brewing Company.

I’m from Calgary, Alberta every summer we opted to go out of the province for some adventures the craziest road trip we did was then driving Calgary to California. Then the after year Calgary to Utah-Arizona-Nevada the big 5. Not until the pandemic when everything closes and even travelling to nearby province usually British Columbia some what questionable. 2020 when we started enjoying Rocky Mountain mainly camping and hiking. There I’m so thankful I migrated and settled down on this province. It huge stress reliever in just less than an hr drive.. only thing did change since the pandemic is now you needed park pass to get into Kananaskis Country and of course still theysame National Park pass for Banff all the way to Jasper but all this fees so worthed.
