The figure it self is OK but it's a bit unsettling at the fact when you pull him apart and his head splits up the middle to combine with optimus prime

Why do you keep saying alt mode when you're talking about robot mode in you videos? Vehicle mode or beast mode is the alt mode, since the robot mode is their primary form, not their alternate form
