How come the video is high contrast when I copy using usb drive? It's quick though. While using the ps5 app takes a while to upload but the quality of the video is as of the same of the video recorded. Is it something I have to adjust the setting when copying to flash drive?

Is it possible without the app because the app is not available in my region

When I go to the app and select captures, it doesn't take me to a screen where I can enable it. Rather, it says ”Your captures, on PS App" and gives me an option to Learn More. I've checked multiple times and have ensured my app is connected to my PS5. I can buy games on the app and it'll download to my console. Thus, they are indeed connected. Any ideas about the captures? Anybody???
