It’s just a folder 📁, I created it for saving yt audio library songs that’s it. You can also create a new folder using mouse right click!

Yeah! You can but It only possible for itunes app(mobile version)/apple music purchased songs. To do that, you need to authorize itunes on pc/laptop. Then, finally enable sync on iTunes pc!
