    Anyone have any trouble with the 'complete' button? Everything in this video works but the system doesn't respond when the 'complete' button is pressed. It disconnects the call if the phone that picked up the call hangs up (after dialing 9 and the external number). Thoughts?

    Hey Usamah - Thanks for the comment! Auto transfer is typically setup inside the IP Office Manager administrative application. There are a number of ways to redirect calls based on the way they came in. You can always go to the user profile and click on Forwarding tab and Forward Unconditional if you need to redirect user calls. Keep in mind this, may not impact Group calls.

    Call recording for IP Office can be set at the administration level. However, some releases require Preferred Edition (aka Voicemail Pro). From that point, you can turn on Call Recording through the administration tool by adding a button to the users profile, setting up the user to record always or a percentage of their call, at the trunk level or at the group level. You can set this up in IP Office Manager. The IP Office Manager help tools can easily assist.
