He spit water at me!” The wheels start turning....you rummage through Archer’s baby toys... and VOILA! it becomes a video series on training your fish! 😅😅😅 This whole Video was SO entertaining! Can’t wait for more!

    You got lathezonatus clowns!!! I couldn't find them around here in a 5000kms radius. Are they as I suspect, the more mellow species that is naturally hosted by bubbletips? And you got a majestic angel... those I can find but my tank is only 750 litres.

  • @GalleryAquaticaTV

    @GalleryAquaticaTV

    4 жыл бұрын

    The Latz are more mellow than most clownfish. They definitely host to Bubbles, not sure if that’s their natural host nem though. I’ll ask Ania when I get a chance. Cam

  • @LightSearch

    @@GalleryAquaticaTV I saw a video of them in a bubbletip in the wild. Do they appreciate slightly colder water? I have a clown trio living in peace in a magnifica and I have a huge number of bubbletips on the opposite side without residents, apart from a couple of banggai cardinals. I want some fish there, but all other clowns that are naturally hosted by bubbletips are too aggressive, so I never tried them. Here's the tank. Don't mind the coral names, I was having some fun. kzread.info/dash/bejne/Z3Z3sdOkmdbLj9o.html

    Are Stars and Stripes puffers any more intelligent than other puffer species?

  • @GalleryAquaticaTV

    @GalleryAquaticaTV

    4 жыл бұрын

    There’s a few species of puffer I think are more intelligent than others. I think the larger species are generally more intelligent than the smaller species. I put it down to the fact that their natural food source takes a bit more brains to find and access. Cam

    Thanks Cam! One more big puffer question. Consensus seems to be that dog face puffers are more docile than other varieties. Is that your thought as well. I love the looks of a Stars and Stripes and also the mappa. Heard mappas can be pretty aggressive.

  • @GalleryAquaticaTV

    @GalleryAquaticaTV

  • @ForceFreeTrainergirl06
    @ForceFreeTrainergirl062 жыл бұрын

    Noooooo! Your mistake is, you should have rewarded the fish for the spitting action, no matter whether you asked for it or not. the usual way to train is, get the animal to associate a behaviour with a reward. Don't put the hand signal to it until the behaviiour is established. Fact is you missed a chance to reinforce that behaviour. You were asking this fish to do FAR too much in one go. You need to find a good trainer to show you how to do it because your timing is way off, and in training any animal, timing is key. Good try though
