Hes in panma. But dragon fruit can not tollerate cold. Usda 9a is typically the coldest where you can keep them out year round, but even there it can damage them when it gets to the cooler temps. Im in 7b and have 15 plants. All will be stored in the garage with no light and little to no water till you can put them out without fear of cold damage.
I love this and really can’t wait to start a garden!

Theres so many regions a climates in india, its hard to give you specific suggestions. Id do a bit of searching for facebook groups. You can find good advice there for regions close to you. What i can say is that for starters, got a few self fertile varieties, that way your not having to collect and store pollen. Sugar dragon and american beauty are good starters being more forgiving and self fertile. But theres hundreds of varieties and many we dont even know.
