With a DSL via Centurylink. I have two modems from Centurylink, one is Zyxel c1100z and the other that is presently in use is techinicolor c1100t. Within the GUI on c1100z there are same elements, some different values such as uncanceled echo is -324db and the c1100t shows 0db. The line Loop on c1100z show around 1100 ft. While the c1100t shows 164 ft. Why is there this difference?

Hi Mick - thank you for stopping by. When I take people through all the basics with step-by-step instruction, I get the comment "why you making this video so long". When I make a quick video, I get your type of comment. So I guess its true: you can't please all of the people all of the time. I found a balance between the two - I show you the steps when you need to follow a tutorial, but I talk about the process when its not so you have the knowledge. For instance today u went to the gas station this black pickup truck with tinted windows,even the windshield was tinted as is on many of these vehicles pulled next to me as I was attempting to leave the gas station I seen a flash of light from his vehicle then he turned and parked as I made a right turn till I turned left on another street and I parked,I watched him roll his passenger window down take another picture before leaving,he didn't even go into the store,

Here’s a suggestion for you take your phone put it in a faraday cage or wrap it in aluminum foil then drive 10 or 15 miles away unwrap the phone drive a few miles and then wrap it again and go home .leave the phone off all night this will irritate your phone providers but it also makes it impossible for someone to follow you everywhere .I’ve tried it it works my phone provider actually messaged me said I needed a new phone that’s funny why were they watching me ?oh well the bottom line is yes Virginia you can turn your phone off and hide it. From those who are following you.

Hi Liron, I just wanted to check: these hackers tracked you down because you clicked on the shortened url that they sent you. However, if you didn't click on it, they would not have been able to track you down. It was all based on whether you did or did not click the link they sent you. So it really goes down to being very vigilant with which links one is clicking, especially shortened urls :)

correct. in this case it was a cloned sim card so the trust was there. BUT be aware that you can still get someone loaded on your phone without you knowing if someone has access to your phone for a couple of minutes. Also make sure you only install apps from the legit app store.

This is a common technique that any website you visit can use, but the question is why did you click on the short link? Shouldn't it be considered spam? However, it is not possible to track a phone in real-time because the IP address changes and thus the location, hence you would need to click the link continuously for it to track you, but a tracking cookie might be able to. That being said Google can track your precise location all the time down to the room you are in a house.

Whats extra creepy about this video is that someone purposely informed him that they knew his location. By doing that they are creating psychological harm. Using tracking devices is illegal in Michigan if you don't get the person's permission.

Personally i have my phone's GPS switched on and Google location history switched on. That way I can verify my location if I am ever falsely accused of a crime. So I wonder if using google location history ,but with a VPN switched on, is a better idea to stop other 3rd parties tracking my location using IP tracking ?

google tracks you to the very shop or business you go into ...they then send me a monthly summary ..very scary.

I’m hoping you can help me. I switched from a router from my service provider to my own router(eero mesh 5). And now, I can’t get any external devices to work with Alexa. Such as, a Shark vac, plugs to switch on & off lights, air purifier, etc. I use to be able to switch stuff on & off through Alexa with the old router, but with the mesh system, I can’t. Could it have had an equal number of antenna , a portable signal blocker for most 2.4 3, 4g, wifi, gps, etc?. Operators cell wouldn't be necessary nor preferred depending upon range

I cant find this answer...i see imei number under my friend's phone number in my contacts list. Never saw this before so just learned what imei means. Why is possibly his imei showing on my phone under his name in my address book? Could he be tracking me? And even weirder from what im reading if i have his imei number than i can clone his phone. No desire to do that but curious why this is showing up and if im being tracked or something. Shouldnt the imei be private why would it show on my phone? We do chat on signal when he is working thats my only guess but at the same time it doesnt seem right. Any clue? And i dont want his security to be at risk in his job if this is showing on my phone it could be showing on other peoples phones too

A few times I had anonymous cars that pulled next to me when I'm driving,as they attempted to take pictures they started swerving and almost lost control of their vehicles almost running under my trailer, like I said its been going on for aroundv4 years

Luckily my IP location (Germany) is very far away from my actual location (300+ kilometers)

@@kokoeteantigha389 you need to generate a URL using one of those IP grabber websites, then give the URL to your target, without them realizing its an IP grab. You need to have a valid excuse for them, for example that you're sending them a picture or file. Then use geolocation to see where that IP is from. However this isn't accurate, it doesn't tell you the exact location of an IP, in America it's usually accurate down to the city but not more than that. If you want to track your kids, there are way better and more accurate methods but you need to install specific apps on their phones.

I'm not sure this new technology is all THAT cool. In the old days, you immediately knew (within a 15 foot radius or so) where the person on the other end of the line was at that very moment (if they had one of those really long extension cords).😂

Tried it on myself. It knew what city I am in but where the marker was about 30-40 minutes drive from my actual location. I like the map though. I think it is much clearer than Google Maps.

How were you able to go back and check the log? I had to keep the logger page open. The minute I closed the page, the shortened URL lived on my clipboard but I wasnt able to go back in to check the location data.

as far s i know I am not been tracked ? I go into setting and turn off all locations and anything it it connected to. I turn off apps having access to things I don't want it having access to ie mic, cam etc etc. stops apps running in back ground stop Google use firefox with duck duck go... remove Google account from phone until I need it then remove it again.. turn off back up so on and so on
