Hey, we’re tie-dying in school today, and I got a 50-50 cotton/polyester hoodie for it. Is it possible for the material of a hoodie to be too thick? I’m worried it won’t work

You didnt need the soda ash before hand cuz there is already some in the tulip one step dye powder. They call it one step for a reason.

u could use bleach instead, u should not use tye die

Look up tie dye styles. It should work on shirts and hoodies

When u put it in soda ash water, do you let it dry or you dye it right away?

The procion dyes he used afew much better quality and more vivid than the tulip dyes on 1st shirt, don't buy tulip!

I bought a box kit of tulip since it was easy for me to get just on a whim. I have noticed once I used it they are not very vibrant once dried. Once I’m done with what I have I won’t be buying it again.
