I like the idea of saving my back when I'm staking tomatoes. I am going to use this method this year. I used a single stake for each plant last year. It worked but I had a few times they collapsed in the wind. I think this methods would keep that from happening.

Done that as a kid raising tomatoes to sell. Why not just put the box of string on your belt and make it more easy. Also with a longer stick, you can use both hands and keep more tension on the string. Of course we raised 5 acres a year. But the video was extremely awesome.
