Thank you so much for the easy tutorial! I just bought these really cute shorts for summer, and they came with the square knot. But I had to undo it to put them on. This made it so easy to restyle just the way I saw them and loved them with that neat square instead of just a bow.

So very simple to tie and it looks so neat and classy! This is how I tie my sashes and coat band most of the time; rarely I'd tie them at the back!

Ty SO much!!! I have these adorable shorts with a nice built in cloth belt. Having OCD can at times in my eyes be almost like having a super power or at least that's how I choose to see it. I'm an optimist through and through. However at times as in the situation I'm having with trying to tie a bow with this pair of shorts, I cannot help but feel as though no matter how I tie the bow it continues to look juvenile. But the square knot idea is PERFECTION! TY💛TY💛TY💛

Bummer!!! Hmmm, not sure. Thinner, more jersey type fabrics don’t tie as nice of a knot as thinker or more structured fabrics. If you have a robe with thick belt, practice with that so you get the mechanics of the knot correct then try your dress!
