I get embarrassed bc I can’t throw very well. Is it bc I don’t have enough muscle and power or is it bc of my technique?

Thanks for that tip about turning your palm away from you when you load up to throw. I had been keeping my palm forward and kept getting tricep pain. I turned it away during my catch session today and no more pain in my arm!
