Great Video...I played Professional baseball for 6 years as a Pitcher...This is best video I've seen on Tube...Alot of what I have seen is not good

Excellent video. I pitched for a number of years, and while I wasn't a great pitcher, I had a change that turned guys inside out (swinging out in front of it, trying to retract a swing, etc.). Listen to this guy. Nothing keeps a hitter off balance like a trying to guess when the change is coming. Even a slower fastball becomes effective with a change in your arsenal.

as he said the grip is mostly preference, maybe try to find a pitch that pros use and see if you like it

A 51 fastball Is laughably slow, i hope your like under 13 or else that pitch would get absolutely crushed over the outfield fence

@@kmhowardva if your throwing 50 as your fastest pitch its gonna be an unbeleveably easy pitch to hit for a highschooler and most middle school students could probably hit it pretty easily
