This was extremely helpful. The documentation the dealership provided wasn't helpful; I was only able to figure out the anti theft system through watching this video.

When changing from 3 digits to 5 digits, what happens with the existing codes? Does it reset all the codes? If so, what would the new codes be set to so that they can be changed to secure pins?

It should reset all codes and then they would be the codes i mention in the video with "00" in front of it. So for instance for operator 5 it would be 00996. I hope this helps and thanks for watching!

I believe this has to be a factory installed option but I will do some research to make sure.

How do you make the Bluetooth work on that machine

Without going through these steps, the best thing you can do is just lock it up with the key.

Kind of ridiculous the dealer just hands out master codes willy nilly. I added antitheft to my 323e last week. Called in gave em the info they needed an walah i have a code. I could have been trying to steal this machine. They require no proof of ownership whatsoever. Seems like a huge liability to me.

I had this thought at first when making this video but you have to think that as a new owner they should set up the anti theft first so that an initial code would have to be entered to get to the settings. But I see your point. Thanks for watching!
