This building looks awesome!

I literally know nothing about blender, I found it too complicated. People say dropping into the deep end, this is the goddamn Mariana Trench. Very cool looking though 👍

If you're actually wanting to learn, it's not that hard. Like so easy that a 6th grader can do it, and I know because I learned how to use it in 6th grade lol. Granted we did have a super cool dude come in the class and guide us through the process of building characters and animating them which was really helpful, but i learned lots from KZread tutorials. Even not knowing what anything actually means, just find a tutorial on how to make an animation, character, or whatever you're interested in making and follow them exactly. Eventually you'll start picking up on what does what and will be able to at least do a good bit without a tutorial.

How to send it to unreal engine?

Is this like texturing a shader? I don't know how it works, but I'm trying to see if I can use this on different software? I don't see any UVs or PBR texturing so I'm wondering how it works.
